Child Game: Playing Marbles
As a parent, I had so much fun seeing them play classic games. The kind of games where as a kid, I got to play too. Those were the days, when Internet was ancient a word. But, we kids, back then, had the grandest childhood.
Seeing my youngest daughter together with her cousins and some neighbor friends play with their marbles, I am most happy.
Never mind the dirt that they can come in contact with while playing marbles. As long as the kids know that washing hands after every playtime ensures their safety against any form of illnesses, then they’re okay playing.
Let your kids experience the fun things of playing the games we play as when we were kids. Those traditional and classic games -piko, tumbang preso, chinese garter, luksong tinik, sipa, harang-taga, and many more. These are the games that were far more enjoyable than playing digital games. These are the cheapest forms of child play that will greatly benefit kids’ physical, social, mental and emotional development.
